Ingredients: Wheat flour type "00" Manitoba, yeast powder (5%) of yeast wheat flour type "0" powder, yeast S. cerevisiae, alpha amylase, agent flour treatment (L-ascorbic acid)

for homemade breads, whether made by hand or in the machine, as well as leavened desserts like donuts, pandoro, panettone and rose cake.
