Kamut is a cereal ancestor of modern durum wheat, which contains from 20% to 40% more protein. It is rich in amino acids, vitamins, minerals and has a high digestibility.

Indications for Use

The Kamut flour is ideal for dry goods like bread sticks, crackers and flat breads. Also suitable for the production of biscuits.
