Indications for Use

 

SOFT Rinascente is indicated when working with direct or indirect method and the refreshment of the chariot,
to give greater softness to leavened products, particularly in the bread soft and safe.
HOW TO USE: Use average 2% by weight of the flour (1% Min, Max 3%).
LABELLING: Labelling baked product: "malted wheat flour"
