Torta al mascarpone

 

Ingredients

  • 400 g. FlourCuore/Frumenta
  • 300 g. mascarpone
  • 120 g. Butter
  • 300 g. Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 dl Milk
  • 1 Lemon

Procedure:

Whisk the eggs in a bowl with sugar, then add softened butter, mascarpone, milk, lemon zest and slowly  the flour. 

When the mixture is homogeneous, butter and flour the pan, put in the mixture and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for at least 25 minutes.

Remove from oven the cake and decorate with icing sugar or cocoa cake.
