- g. 250 Fresh yeast
- g. 190 Butter
- n. 5 Eggs
- n. 1 Yolks
- g. 30 Sugar
Mix the flour in a saucepan with sugar and salt, then add butter.At the heart add yeast and 3 eggs,knead the dough then add the other 2 remaining eggs.
Knead the dough until is smooth and homogeneous . Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
Take the dough, brush the surface with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
