Colombine al forno
- 500 g Flour farina azzurra/ Preparato per dolci Cuore/Frumenta
- 250 cl Water
- 10 g Yeast
- 5 g Sugar
- 50 g pine nuts
- 120 g Parmesan
- 7 sun-dried tomatoes
- 50 g olio extra vergine d’oliva/Oil
- 10 g salt
Dissolve the yeast in water and add the flour, oil and salt, mix well until is smooth and homogeneous. Form a ball and place in a bowl to rise for 30/35 minutes
