Bread with Pecorino, honey and salvia.
- 500 g Flour farina azzurra
- 250 cl Water
- 15 g Yeast
- 80 g Pecorino cheese
- 30 g honey
- 8 salvia
- olio extra vergine d’oliva/Oil
- 6 g salt
Dissolve the yeast in water and add the flour, oil and salt, mix well until is smooth and homogeneous. Form a ball and place in a bowl to rise for about 50 minutes.Add pecorino cheese and honey.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces and form two long strands of the same length and diameter.
Put the cake on a baking sheet and let rise covered with plastic wrap for 35/40 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C for 35 minutes.
