Castagnole

 

Ingredienti:

  • 400 g Flour farina azzurra/Semolino
  • 2 Eggs
  • Rum
  • 75 g butter
  • una baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Icing sugar

Procedure:

Mix the flour with sugar, salt and baking powder. Then add eggs, softened butter and rum, mix well with your hands.  Cut into small pieces and roll.

Fry in hot oil. Remove from the oil and put them in a paper towel, then pass them on a tray and sprinkle with icing sugar.
