INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g Flour dolci Cuore/Frumenta
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 220 g Butter
  • 90 g Cocoa
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Yeast
  • 2 spoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 glass of rum
  • Vanilla
  • Salt
  • 60 g White chocolate
  • 2 gelatin

Procedure:

Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa and vanilla, bread crumbs, then add the egg yolks, sugar, rum and
melted butter, mix well, stirring with a wooden spoon.
In another bowl whip the egg whites with salt and add to the previous mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 190 ° C and cook for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
