Pan Brioche with Preparato Fruemnta
- 500g Preparato Pan Brioche
- 225ml Water
- 5g Salt
Knead all the ingredients until dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Shape into a loaf
Make it rise for 70/90 minutes until it is leavened.
Remove the bread from the oven, and bring to a temperature of 170 °. Bake and cook for about 30 minutes.
When cooked, remove the bread from the mold.
