- g. 100 Salt
- g. 50 Malto Malt
- g. 50 Sugar
- g. 250 Olio Extra vergine d'oliva Oil
- g. 120 Yeast
- g. 100 Eggs
- kg. 1.500 Greaves
Procedure:
Knead for 7 minutes at speed 1.
