How to join the GMI team

Selection Processes:

The Human Resources management, Selection sector, review all the CVs that arrive. They must contain, in compliance with the current laws in force, the following: "I authorise the processing of my personal data for the sole purpose of the selection process in accordance with dlgs n. 196 dated 2003".

If the candidate's professional profile corresponds to the expected characteristics of the roles in GMI, the CVs are filed in our computer archives for at least six months.

The computer archive is one of the main sources for identifying the ideal candidate. The candidates are asked to attend an initial interview with the Head of Selection and, if successful, at least one further interview with the Head of the relevant Department.

During the selection phase, technical tests may be conducted in order to assess the level of knowledge (e.g. computer skills, foreign languages)

On-the-job Training:

On-the-job training is another important tool often organised by GMI since we believe our contribution is important in creating a link between school and work by providing school-leavers and new graduates with the opportunity to get concrete experience that will aid their entry into the world of work.

The trainee is always entrusted with a project to be realised during the training and the duration may vary depending on the specific requirements of the project and the type of agreement established with the educational body.
