We had the pleasure of organising a demonstration at our customer PRINZ Beverage & Food S.r.l., in San Donnino (FI).

The session was led by Antonio Buonaugurio, Pizza News School’s Demonstrator Technician, who was able to involve all those present thanks to his professional skills, using three different products to prepare tasty pizzas: Pizza Italiana 100% Grano Italiano, La Ricchezza del Grano and Lievito Naturale.
