January 20 and 22, 2026 | Guided tours at the Livorno plant

A week full of training events at Molino di Livorno!

On Tuesday, January 20, and Thursday, January 22, the Tuscan factory had the pleasure of welcoming two classes from the G. Mazzini Comprehensive School in Livorno. On both occasions, the selected course was “Dalla Terra alla Tavola” an experience that combines theory and practice thanks to a training course on dough, a thematic module curated by a company representative, a hearty lunch, and a guided tour of the milling plant.

On Tuesday, January 20, the 18 students of class 2°C of the G. Mazzini Comprehensive School spent the morning together with Gabriele Marrucci, Technologist at the Livorno Plant, and kneaded bread with him. After visiting the analysis laboratory, the students had the opportunity to explore the Livorno plant, discovering its departments and production process, accompanied by various company representatives. At the end of the day, each student received a personalized certificate of participation and some gifts.

Similarly, the 19 students from class 2°I also spent an intense morning of learning: on Thursday, January 22, after making bread and visiting the laboratory, they were taken on a guided tour to learn more about the internal and external areas of the milling plant. As a memento of this enjoyable experience, the young participants were given gifts and certificates of participation.
