Training, discussion and inspiration: two days at Molino di Venezia 🌾

On 3 and 4 June, we had the pleasure of hosting our client Polmarkus‘s technologists at our Venice plant for two days of intensive training led by our technologist Gabriele Marrucci.

During these two days, we explored key topics such as modern fermentation techniques, the artisanal approach to Italian bread making and new trends in the sector, with a focus on solutions ready to be introduced to the Polish market.

These were moments rich in content, constructive exchanges and strengthened relationships, which are essential for continuing to grow together, sharing skills, vision and passion.
