On Thursday, September 4, we had the pleasure of welcoming our valued Danish partner Casa Italia, accompanied by our Export Manager Francesco Angelini.
The day was an opportunity to take a closer look at our milling process and dedicate a special space to our Selection of Pizza Flours.
With the fundamental contribution of Marco Greco, Pizza Chef Instructor at Pizza News School, we transformed theory into practice, creating delicious pizzas: a meeting that combined technical knowledge and authentic taste.
The visit ended with a guided tour of the mill to show up close how our flour is made, the result of tradition, innovation, and passion.
