On Thursday, January 29, at the Venice milling plant, an intensive training day was held for several agents from the Grandi Molini Italiani sales network: Fabrizio Bucci, Mauro Luciano, Alessandro Sonno, Michele Margheri, Maria Grazia Barbero, Alessio Migliorucci, and Cosimo Valentino were in attendance.
During the morning, after an initial welcome by Antonioluigi Costato, the agents explored some technical aspects related to the main ingredients of the art of baking and the differences between various bread-making methods. In addition, there was an in-depth look at the technical characteristics of some of our products.
Under the expert guidance of technologist Antonio Crepaldi, the agents had the opportunity to get their hands dirty, working with dough that was used to make ciabatta bread and crispy zoccoletti.
After a lunch of pizza and stuffed focaccia, the group visited the entire Venice plant, particularly appreciating the majesty of the historic mill, the innovation of the packaging lines, the technology of the robotic warehouse, and the accuracy of the analyses carried out in the three laboratories.
Thanks also to the support of our Area Managers Stefano Siviero, Giacomo Olocco, Giancarlo Panunzi, Fabrizio Neri, and Andrea Canonico, and Massimo Rosada, Area Manager and Agent Network Coordinator, the day proved to be highly educational and engaging.
These occasions represent an opportunity to consolidate relationships with our sales network and create spaces for constructive discussion, promoting collaboration based on shared values.
