On Friday, November 7, we had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from our customer FRATELLI BIANCO S.R.L., an artisan pasta factory specializing in the production of fresh pasta in Villar San Costanzo, in the province of Cuneo, at our Grandi Molini Italiani plant in Venice.

Among those present were Lorenzo Rocca, CEO, Alberto Marchisio, Managing Partner, and Fabio Tapparo, Plant Manager.

During the morning, the delegation had the opportunity to visit the entire Venice plant, showing particular interest in the mill and the automated warehouse.

The three young representatives also had the opportunity to taste bread made by our technologist Antonio Crepaldi using VitaMill® a Basso Indice Glicemico.

The delegation’s enthusiasm and curiosity made the visit a moment of constructive discussion and mutual appreciation, confirming a collaboration based on shared values.
