February 6, 2024 | La Pizza in Pala

On Tuesday, February 6, the "La Pizza in Pala" experience was held at our Molino in Venice.

The demonstration course, run by Master Pizzaiolo Luigi Ricchezza assisted by Technical Instructor Antonio Buonaugurio, attracted dozens of professionals and cooking enthusiasts from different Italian regions including Sicily, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Lombardy. Thanks to this course, the participants had the opportunity to learn many useful information on how to make Pizza in Pala.

The experience then continued with a tasting lunch of pizzas made by the Maestro with the Mill's flours, and a full guided tour of the milling plant in Venice, the largest Mill in Europe.
