Grandi Molini Italiani met the University of Padua which, in partnership with the University of Sydney, launched the “Industry Community Project (ICPU)" aimed at providing students with the opportunity to develop cross-disciplinary skills and facilitate their entrance into the labour market. Our Head of Research and Development Mirko Volpato revealed the secrets of the milling process and guided the students on a tour of the mill into the heart of Grandi Molini Italiani.
