On Tuesday, January 20, we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from PA Group S.p.A., our valued partner and food supplier, to our Grandi Molini Italiani’s Venice plant.

During the morning, participants explored some technical aspects related to the main ingredients of baking and the differences between various bread-making methods.

After a hearty lunch of pizza and focaccia prepared by Antonio Crepaldi, the delegation had the opportunity to visit the entire Venice plant and appreciate the uniqueness of the mill.

Thanks also to the support of Francesco Angelini, our Area Sales Manager, the day proved to be highly educational and engaging.
