Extensibility, absorption and resistance are the main characteristics that our re-milled durum wheat semolina from the 100% Italian wheat line gives to the dough. Under the symbol of the Italian flag, the Italian character of the selected raw materials is reflected in the taste of the breads produced, from ciabatta to pugliese. A semolina with which create both small and large sized masterpieces, also suitable for the retarder-proving cell.
