Antica tipo 2 by Grandi Molini Italiani contains a percentage of medium-coarse bran particles that give the bread a distinctive flavour. Ideal for straight doughs with high hydration. Tipo 2 flour is the ideal choice for making large dark loaves with intense amber hues, giving a friable and sweet-tasting finished product.
