Base Oro Tipo 0 by Grandi Molini Italiani is a flour with excellent absorption and versatility, suitable for very fast processing times, for refreshing and for the production of soft dough with little or no salt. It is a medium-strength flour, ideal for the production of large or medium to large speciality breads, such as Tuscan bread, soft wheat Pugliese bread and home-style bread. This type of flour ensures the dough perfect upwards rise and excellent hydration. The product is also suitable for salt-free bread.
