Crackers with aromatic herbs and seeds
300 g of RusticOtto
60 g of extra virgin olive oil
100 g of water
7 g of fine salt
Chopped rosemary q.s.
First, pour the water at room temperature and the oil over the RusticOtto, mix and add the salt a little at a time. Once you have a homogeneous dough, place it on a sheet of parchment paper and separate it into 2 parts. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out each part in a thin layer then create your crackers giving them the shape you prefer.
At this point, chop the rosemary, distribute it on the surface and prick with a fork.
Bake at 180° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
